Solomon is an accomplished social worker and a fervent champion for inclusive and high-quality education that benefits all individuals. With more than nine years of experience in community organizing, youth leadership, and advocacy, Solomon brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He is currently the National Coordinator of Unique Foundation, an organization he co-founded in 2014, and also serves as the chairman of Unique Development Aid Foundation. These organizations share a common mission of supporting vulnerable individuals and rural communities in both The Gambia and Nigeria. In Nigeria, the organization is known as Unique Development Aid Foundation. Solomon's leadership and dedication contribute significantly to the organizations' efforts in making a positive impact on education and community development in the region. Solomon strongly believes that individuals with limited or no access to education face significant obstacles at every stage of their lives. His ultimate vision is to create a future where every child and young adult, regardless of their educational background, possesses the ability to read and write. In addition to his role with Unique Foundation, Solomon also serves as the CEO of 'Intown Fresh Farm,' a comprehensive destination for fresh farm produce. His commitment to education and advocacy extends beyond his organizational roles. Solomon actively engages in various initiatives and networks, including his membership in the Africa Youth Commission, participation in the Young African Leaders Initiative, appointment as a Global Youth Ambassador for education by Theirworld, designation as a World Literacy Foundation Ambassador, and his involvement as a West Africa Fellow with the Acumen Academy.
